I have an old home and was wondering if anyone might have an idea about the age, design details, or style of my original windows.   There is a crest in the center top but may have been added later.  I have been looking at books and websites to attempt to identify the style but I have had no luck! I thought they might be late 1800's or arts and crafts era.  The house has original connections for gal lighting if that helps narrow down an age.  Any idea please. . .Thanks!

Approximately where is your home?  Early Deco/Edwardian? Interesting aspects to them

I'd say that you are looking at "Arts and Crafts/ Prairie School" style windows. This style was popular in the late 1800's to early 1900's, mainly in the mid-west. It's a bit hard to tell from the photos, but it appears that the glass used in these windows was made by Kokomo Opalescent Glass Co. This company started glass production in 1888

Thanks for the information so far. . .
My home is in Northeastern Pennsylvania in a historic region.
I was looking for any name or markings.  Are windows typically signed?
Thanks again!

Windows like yours are rarely signed. Stained glass was a common building material 100 years ago. Lumber yards sold stained glass as did the Sears catalog
