I've been doing stained glass for about 7 years now, and I'm not too bad at it I guess.  But, I still have a problem getting a smooth solder line when attaching hangers. I don't know why this happens!  If someone has a suggestion for me. I'd LOVE to hear it!  Thanks!

I don't understand your question.  What type of hangers are you talking about and how are you attaching them?

Try using just a small amount of solder- not too heavy. If you need to apply more then you can. You just need enough to get the hook attached
Another option is to put the hooks near another seam so it blends in with the stained glass piece itself
