Straightening old panel

I've removed a very intricate panel from the 1920s. It is warped due to too little rebar. Any one know a good way to straighten it out somewhat without completely taking it apart?

hard to say without seeing it. But:
1-lay flat on a bench, pick out the putty. Rig some heat lamps above the window. Place 1 pound weights on high spots, and wait. Check often as the heat and the weights may cause more damage if not monitored closely.
2- Soaking in a warm water bath if NOT painted glass.
