congratulations!

are all the "80-120 cracks" from the force of flood water actually up against the glass?
how high did the water get?
is it framed with angle iron or aluminum?
did that play a factor (positive or negative) in flood damage?
how else were the panels damaged & what work (generally....not asking any studio secrets!) will you have to do?

hi,
the water never reached the glass, but did get to the bottom of the 80 yr old douglas fir frame ... the water soaked in through the bottom sash and because the window was glazed tightly (no venting) causing the water to steam in the ensuing 95 degree next 9 days after the flood ... this wood swell caused the windows to crack and heave and bow ... the frame is old steel instutional type ... any vents were siliconed over for some reason ... all the panels will be removed and brought to the shop for repair, edge gluing and flattening
