I am actually new to stained glass.  I'd like to know what a good book to pick up to learn the basics of stained glass.  I only work with glass etching here and would like to expand on it with this.  I did create a ebook about it and would like to mix etching with stained glass for even creative ideas in the upcoming edition.  Has anyone mixed glass etching and stained glass?  Sounds like a cool idea.

mixing the mediums has been done for years ... www.janetzambai.net is a great example of this ... she does some of the finest work around the west in that style ... there are many books on beginning stained glass at you local book stores ... they are all about the same in content ... good luck

also we recommend that you find a local stained glass shop and take one of the classes they may offer ... while books are good there is nothing better than hands on instruction from a good studio
